SEP 27 2005 - The U. S. Corps of Engineers issues a Public Notice announcing the Louisville Waterfront Development Corporation request for a modification of the 1995 Louisville Waterfront Park Master Plan Permit #199200465.

This confirms the long awaited initiation of the regulatory permitting process. It should be noted that although regulatory permitting is clearly defined within the Oct 2005 Developers Agreement as the responsibility of both the developer and the WDC, WDC is the only applicant of record.
