Sep 2005 - WDC requests a change in land use designation for the development area from N (Neighborhood) to DT (Downtown Form).

 

We believe this legislation may be incompatible with the WDC RFQ, the stipulations of the Developers Agreement, as well as the spirit of the well established commitment of Louisville Metro to preserve the character of our Historic Neighborhoods and their legacy.
